When Sally Hansen came out with Salon Effects strips, I was fascinated by the idea of not having to put on polish, having to stick-on nail polish! It was a cool idea, so when I tried the strips out, I was not shocked about how much they worked. They looked like I just spent $50 on a manicure! I tried the Frock Star strips, a sparkly party-ready colour. They looked great and I received so many compliments on them! I was even able to use them twice, but the second time, they didn’t look as nice but they still looked fabulous. It took a bit of time to learn how to put them on, but I realized that it was really easy! Mine lasted a week, and it wasn’t that hard to take it off with nail polish remover. Overall, I’d definitely buy them again!
Still a bit skeptical… but have been noticing a lot more posts from bloggers regarding this product. I guess it wouldn’t hurt to try after all. Hope to see some pictures from you!
Thanks! And yes, I was a bit hesitant before I bought them, but I later realized I made the right choice!
very good to know!
I love how wide the range of colours and patterns is 🙂
Me too! I also love how they are starting to come out with celebrity lines, for example, Avril Lavigne. They have even cooler patterns!

Yes! I absolutely LOVE Salon Effects. They are a decent price and look awesome…I always get compliments when I wear them.
If u wear shorter nails u may even get away with using 1 of the 2 included packets for both hands. But b careful if u don’t use them after a while or if u try to use strips from an previously open package they will dry out 🙂
That’s what I do! It’s like a 2 for 1 hehe, but… I left my last ones open! I hope they’re not too dry… I’ll go close them haha, thanks for the advice 🙂
the best thing since sliced bread or fast dry polish! i’ve been cheating on essie and opi for a few months.
me too hehe<3
